Description

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Beyond, you will own the full marketing funnel from first touch through activation, shaping organic presence, optimizing website and onboarding flows, and coordinating paid media. You'll design experiments to drive host acquisition, signup conversion, and activation, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and revenue management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally in B2C or B2B SaaS
• Track record of improving search rankings and organic performance
• Experience working cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across the customer journey
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data analysis
• Experience designing and running experiments end to end

Responsibilities

• Own SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy across owned channels
• Drive CRO across landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding entry points
• Support paid strategy alongside a specialized agency
• Optimize signup-to-activation handoff and track cohort performance
• Build and prioritize growth experiment backlog, run tests, and analyze results
