Description

You will lead electrical and instrumentation construction activities in regulated pharmaceutical and biotech facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely delivery. You'll oversee installations, coordinate with CQV and automation teams, and enforce GMP and safety standards across the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in electrical and instrumentation lead role on regulated pharmaceutical or biotech projects
• Knowledge of GMP, cleanroom protocols, and regulatory standards (ATEX, hazardous areas)
• Strong understanding of safety legislation (LOTO, hot works, confined space)
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, instrument indices, I/O lists, and vendor documentation
• Experience managing contractors and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee E&I construction for process systems, clean utilities, and HVAC
• Ensure GMP-critical instrumentation meets design, vendor, and regulatory standards
• Manage staff, contractors, and sub-contractors across electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and automation teams
• Coordinate with CQV, automation, and commissioning teams for loop checking and testing
• Manage punch lists and ensure timely mechanical completion and turnover
