You'll oversee compensation accounting including global payroll, bonuses, and commissions for a high-growth observability company. Your core impact will be ensuring financial reporting integrity and driving scalable processes across the organization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Manage preparation of financial statements and reconciliations
• Serve as key contact for audit requests and SOX compliance

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience including Big Four public accounting
• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting and CPA certification
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP and SOX 404
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a high-growth environment

• Experience with NetSuite, FloQast, or Workiva
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
