💼 About This Role

You'll drive highly targeted outbound campaigns across priority accounts in Power & Utilities and Oil & Gas sectors. You'll book high-quality meetings tied to inspection and repair planning opportunities by engaging plant-level and corporate stakeholders. This role requires coordinated multi-threaded engagement within complex industrial organizations.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute coordinated outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
  • Partner with BD, Sales Managers, and Deployment Leads on account penetration
  • Craft personalized, insight-driven outreach by account and persona
  • Drive inspection expansion, multi-threading, and upward engagement within accounts

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of BDR or sales experience in industrial or B2B environments
  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting and meeting booking
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for documentation
  • Ability to travel 10%+ to events and customer sites

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in Power & Utilities or Oil & Gas industries
  • Familiarity with inspection or repair planning solutions
