You'll drive highly targeted outbound campaigns across priority accounts in Power & Utilities and Oil & Gas sectors. You'll book high-quality meetings tied to inspection and repair planning opportunities by engaging plant-level and corporate stakeholders. This role requires coordinated multi-threaded engagement within complex industrial organizations.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Execute coordinated outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
- Partner with BD, Sales Managers, and Deployment Leads on account penetration
- Craft personalized, insight-driven outreach by account and persona
- Drive inspection expansion, multi-threading, and upward engagement within accounts
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of BDR or sales experience in industrial or B2B environments
- Proven track record of outbound prospecting and meeting booking
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for documentation
- Ability to travel 10%+ to events and customer sites
