💼 About This Role

You'll lead fiber construction and splicing teams for a leading ISP, ensuring projects meet quality, time, and budget targets. You'll coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to drive large-scale fiber builds and aerial/underground deployments. This role offers the chance to shape network infrastructure in a growing telecom company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and evaluate construction and fiber splicing personnel
• Coordinate construction efforts for aerial and underground projects
• Coordinate permitting and make-ready processes with municipalities
• Perform site inspections for quality control and safety

📋 Requirements

• 5 years Cable Television or Telecommunications technical experience
• 7-10 years supervising a cable TV/telecom construction department
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Knowledge of National Electrical Codes and G.O.95/128
