💼 About This Role

You'll join the Marketing Website team at Synthesia, the world's leading AI video platform. You'll build and maintain high-performing experiences on our marketing site, working across Webflow, front-end code, and supporting tooling. You'll have real ownership over production traffic at real scale and collaborate closely with Design, SEO, Growth, and Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain pages and components in Webflow CMS
• Implement custom front-end functionality with JavaScript and animations
• Support and extend internal SEO and automation tools on AWS
• Collaborate with Design, SEO, Growth, and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with Webflow in a production environment
• Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Comfortable working outside Webflow with custom JS, embeds, APIs
• Experience with technical SEO concepts like page speed and structured data

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS (Lambda, infrastructure, scripts)
• Familiarity with Node.js or similar backend runtimes
• Knowledge of analytics setups (GA4, GTM, events)
