🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct engineering projects from initial scoping through final delivery
• Oversee design activities, reviewing plans and specifications
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder point of contact
• Support junior staff development through mentorship

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Environmental Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain
• 5+ years managing civil engineering projects
• Proven ability to develop scopes, budgets, and schedules
