💼 About This Role

You'll own the design and rollout of strategic People programs including Performance Management, Manager Enablement, and Job Architecture & Levelling. You'll build the foundations and iterate as the company scales from 250 to 450 local authority clients. This role offers the chance to shape a People center of excellence from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Performance Management program end-to-end
• Design manager enablement tools and resources
• Build Vizzia's first job architecture and levelling framework
• Partner with BizOps to automate People processes

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience on People topics
• Experience with job architecture or performance management
• C1 English minimum
