You'll design and build ML infrastructure and real-time inference systems for a mobile gaming loyalty platform. You'll drive end-to-end observability and platform abstractions to move models from notebooks to production reliably. This role offers hybrid work in Toronto or Montreal with high impact on millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build infrastructure for model training and real-time inference.
• Implement feature platform capabilities for high usability and accuracy.
• Develop platform abstractions like Airflow DAGs and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate on observability, security, and cost-efficient architectures.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years building ML/data platforms in production.
• Strong Python, Go, or Java skills with resilient service creation.
• Expertise in real-time inference solutions and deployment strategies.
• Proven experience with Terraform for end-to-end ML infrastructure.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with online feature stores and storage solutions.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost.
• Knowledge of observability for ML workflows.
