You'll provide integrated behavioral health care within a family medicine primary care office, working primarily with pediatric and adolescent patients. Your core impact will be using evidence-based therapies like CBT and motivational interviewing to treat acute and chronic health conditions. This role offers a hybrid schedule with 2 days telehealth and 3 days in-office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide integrated behavioral health care within a family medicine office
• Conduct screenings for depression, anxiety, and other conditions
• Deliver evidence-based therapies like CBT and brief targeted treatment
• Collaborate and consult with medical professionals on patient care

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as LICSW or LMHC
• Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations
• Experience with empirically supported treatments such as CBT
• Ability to work in a fast-paced primary care environment
