You will drive projects impacting ERP, Salesforce, and compensation systems, spearhead implementation of new software tools, and partner with business technology and finance teams to ensure customer-focused system design.

Requirements

• 7+ years professional work experience
• 4+ years experience in project management or operations role
• Possess familiarity in finance processes and systems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive project implementations
• Experience working on projects supporting Compensation teams and accounting/finance systems

Responsibilities

• Drive projects impacting ERP, Salesforce, and compensation systems
• Employ standard project management practices to execute projects and coordinate stakeholders
• Spearhead implementation of new software tools including requirements gathering and testing
• Oversee UAT including script creation, testing, and issue resolution
• Create reports in ERP and Salesforce to assist with reporting
