💼 About This Role

You'll support the development and delivery of technical enablement programs for Cato Networks' pre-sales teams. You'll help build and maintain technical content and manage enablement platforms including Consensus and Skilljar. This role directly impacts how our SASE platform is demonstrated and positioned in customer conversations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support execution of technical enablement programs for North America Commercial segment
• Build and maintain technical content including presentations, demo scripts, and videos
• Deliver portions of training sessions and support onboarding programs
• Manage Consensus demo content and administer Skilljar LMS

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in technical enablement or customer-facing technical roles
• Foundational knowledge in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Networking or security certifications (e.g., CCNA, Security+)
• Experience with LMS platforms or demo automation tools
• Experience creating technical training content
