You'll act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders, shaping people strategy for a fast-growing, AI-powered hospitality technology company. Your core impact will be driving organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and regional employment compliance across EMEA.   • Align people strategy with business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion.
  • Own regional employment compliance across Spain and EMEA.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-4+ years progressive HRBP or senior HR generalist experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law, CBAs, and equality plans.
  • Experience managing EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience in remote-first, high-growth, globally distributed organizations.
  • Familiarity with Workday and HR analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
