๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Help customers with payments, orders, and account questions
- Resolve cases in a clear, friendly, solution-oriented manner
- Follow internal procedures and compliance checks
- Register and document cases accurately in the support system
๐ Requirements
- Danish native proficiency (written and spoken)
- Customer service experience in banking, e-commerce, or support
- English at professional level (B2/C1) for internal communication
- Comfortable handling multiple systems simultaneously
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Dixa or Zendesk
- Experience with FinTech, payments, or consumer credit
