  • Help customers with payments, orders, and account questions
  • Resolve cases in a clear, friendly, solution-oriented manner
  • Follow internal procedures and compliance checks
  • Register and document cases accurately in the support system

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Danish native proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Customer service experience in banking, e-commerce, or support
  • English at professional level (B2/C1) for internal communication
  • Comfortable handling multiple systems simultaneously

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Dixa or Zendesk
  • Experience with FinTech, payments, or consumer credit
