Description

You will own a significant module of our core go-to-market tools, driving strategy and solving high-impact problems across multiple teams. Your work will shape the sales technology stack and contribute to the company's GTM strategy, ultimately helping improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations industries.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of GTM tooling experience in fast-paced SaaS environment
• Established subject matter expert in GTM tooling with history of delivering impact
• Ability to translate complex customer/business problems into clear requirements
• Experience leveraging AI to solve high-impact business problems

Responsibilities

• Lead deep user research to identify seller pain points and future GTM tooling needs
• Draft comprehensive PRDs and design artifacts aligning with business goals
• Oversee feature execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate release, change management, and enablement for field adoption
• Define and track KPIs to measure impact and inform roadmap iterations
