You'll lead APAC partner enablement strategy for Klaviyo's Autonomous CRM platform, driving partner capability and regional growth across diverse markets. This player-coach role combines hands-on content creation with strategic leadership to scale the partner ecosystem. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact enablement that prepares partners for the platform's future.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and execute APAC partner enablement strategy aligned to company priorities.
- Build regional enablement framework localized by country and vertical.
- Deliver live trainings and create localized content for partners.
- Enable partners to sell and implement Klaviyo's CRM platform across APAC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent regional needs globally.
๐ Requirements
- Partner enablement experience in a SaaS environment.
- Strategic leadership in building partner programs.
- Hands-on content creation and delivery of trainings.
- Ability to work across diverse APAC markets.

- Experience with Autonomous CRM or marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of ecommerce, hospitality, or financial services verticals.
