You'll lead APAC partner enablement strategy for Klaviyo's Autonomous CRM platform, driving partner capability and regional growth across diverse markets. This player-coach role combines hands-on content creation with strategic leadership to scale the partner ecosystem. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact enablement that prepares partners for the platform's future.

  • Define and execute APAC partner enablement strategy aligned to company priorities.
  • Build regional enablement framework localized by country and vertical.
  • Deliver live trainings and create localized content for partners.
  • Enable partners to sell and implement Klaviyo's CRM platform across APAC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent regional needs globally.

  • Partner enablement experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Strategic leadership in building partner programs.
