You'll provide technical support to HQ and field teams, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues. You'll monitor and address support requests via ITSM tools while coordinating with other support areas. This role offers hands-on experience with Active Directory, O365, and IT asset management.

- Resolve technical and procedural support requests
- Monitor support workload via ITSM application
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Configure and deploy PC and Mac hardware and software
๐ Requirements
- 2 years of help desk support experience
- Experience with incident tracking and asset management software
- Familiarity with Active Directory and O365 user administration
- Technical knowledge of PC & Mac hardware and Windows & macOS
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with TeamViewer and Zoom
- Knowledge of Crowdstrike and Intune
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
