💼 About This Role

You'll orchestrate end-to-end new product and feature introductions across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. Own launch readiness and drive cross-functional execution cadences. This role reports to Head of Product/Operations and ensures measurable business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain launch plans for new products and major features
• Define milestones across engineering, QA, documentation, enablement, marketing, and sales
• Drive weekly cross-functional execution cadences
• Define launch success KPIs and track readiness metrics

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years in Program Management or similar roles
• Experience launching B2B SaaS products
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience reporting directly to executives

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM or agentic systems launches
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Linear, Notion, Salesforce
• Experience in high-growth startup environments
