You'll perform safe, clinical ear piercings using Rowan's Clinical Piercing Standard and hypoallergenic products. You'll create celebratory, memorable experiences for customers in a sterile, aseptic environment. This role combines nursing expertise with a joyful retail atmosphere.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform ear piercings with clinical precision and safety
• Provide personalized aftercare education and product recommendations

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• Professional and engaging customer care approach
• Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Interest in retail environment with sales goals

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing clinical role
