• Valid driver's license
• Customer service experience preferred
• Sales or apartment leasing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and conduct personalized apartment tours
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building
• Coordinate and attend resident events
• Assist in marketing the property via social media and community outreach
