Description

You will act as a senior technical leader across Cockroach Labs' global partner ecosystem, driving innovation, enablement, and strategic engagement with cloud providers, ISVs, and GSIs. This role blends solutions architecture, technical advocacy, and partner strategy to design scalable, resilient solutions for partners and customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or developer advocacy with partner ecosystem success
• Credible public speaker and industry voice with conference, webinar, and podcast experience
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills across technical and business domains
• Deep technical foundation in distributed systems, databases, and cloud-native architectures (Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, or CockroachDB preferred)
• Self-starter thriving in dynamic, cross-functional environments

Responsibilities

• Represent Cockroach Labs at major conferences, webinars, and partner events delivering technical presentations
• Engage and advise strategic partners on joint solutions, integrations, and go-to-market initiatives
• Present to stakeholders from engineers to C-level executives translating complex concepts into actionable insights
• Create and deliver scalable enablement programs including workshops, bootcamps, demos, and training sessions
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to align on integration opportunities and roadmap feedback
