💼 About This Role

You'll partner directly with the Chief Revenue Officer at Vanta, a fast-growing trust management platform. Your core impact is enabling the CRO to focus on high-leverage work by managing complex calendars, travel, and cross-functional coordination. You'll join a collaborative Executive Operations team that shares best practices and provides consistent support across the leadership team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CRO to provide administrative and operational support
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling with business priorities
• Own travel and logistics for customer visits, offsites, and events
• Streamline communication and ensure follow-ups are actioned

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years as Executive Assistant or Business Partner supporting C-level at a tech company
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and adapt quickly
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
