Description

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, strategy, and performance of a critical jewelry category. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams using consumer insights and financial analysis to define a high-growth assortment that reinforces brand positioning.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in Merchandising, Category Management, or related field within fine jewelry, fashion, luxury, or consumer goods
  • Demonstrated ownership of a category or portfolio P&L including revenue, gross margin, and inventory productivity metrics
  • Hands-on experience partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical background
  • Passion for product

Responsibilities

  • Execute 360-degree category strategy for revenue, gross margin, and inventory turnover goals across e-commerce and retail stores
  • Support seasonal and annual forecasting with Merchandise Planning team, manage Open-to-Buy inputs
  • Provide data-driven design inputs for new product development based on sales trends and customer feedback
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends for fine/demi-fine jewelry
  • Conduct pricing analysis and execute price changes to align with target gross margin objectives
