🎯 What You'll Do

• Support development and execution of US launch & brand strategy.
• Translate strategic imperatives into actionable tactical plans.
• Drive key components of launch readiness and execution.
• Refine US brand strategy and develop core marketing materials.

📋 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years experience, or Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of marketing experience.
• 5+ years of progressive commercial experience within biopharma/biotech.
• Experience with product launches or major indication expansions, preferably in oncology.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging insights for decision making.

• Oncology experience, especially with prostate cancer.
• Familiarity with specialty markets and novel therapeutic mechanisms.
