💼 About This Role

You'll lead field execution for e.l.f. Beauty brands in the Southwest, driving retail sales growth and market share across Texas. You'll recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing field team while building retailer partnerships to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver and exceed retail sales targets across the territory
• Lead best-in-class education and sales training at store level
• Execute in-store marketing and events calendar
• Recruit, coach, and develop field team (Account Coordinators and Brand Specialists)

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years combined education and sales experience in retail cosmetics/beauty
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience executing in-store events and retail marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of Ulta policies, procedures, and culture

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Bullhorn or similar field tools
• Multi-city territory management experience
