You'll provide compassionate home health physical therapy to adult and geriatric clients in Western Jacksonville. You'll develop individualized care plans and perform diagnostic tests to promote independence. This role offers full-time schedules with a supportive team and scholarship opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits in designated geographic territories.

📋 Requirements

• Current FL Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a PT.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
