Description
You will lead strategic customer engagements, driving value realization and adoption of Celonis's Process Intelligence platform. You'll act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, oversee cross-functional teams, and champion transformational initiatives to maximize business impact.
Requirements
- 15+ years in customer success, strategy consulting, or related field
- Strong experience in large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering
- Deep change management expertise
- Ability to navigate global organizations and influence through data
- Consultative approach with senior executive engagement
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer success as accountable program lead for strategic accounts
- Develop and maintain executive relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Drive customer value realization and platform adoption
- Mentor customers on organization design and Center of Excellence maturation
- Organize customer advisory boards and act as voice of customer internally
