Description

You will lead strategic customer engagements, driving value realization and adoption of Celonis's Process Intelligence platform. You'll act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, oversee cross-functional teams, and champion transformational initiatives to maximize business impact.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in customer success, strategy consulting, or related field
  • Strong experience in large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering
  • Deep change management expertise
  • Ability to navigate global organizations and influence through data
  • Consultative approach with senior executive engagement

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer success as accountable program lead for strategic accounts
  • Develop and maintain executive relationships with C-level stakeholders
  • Drive customer value realization and platform adoption
  • Mentor customers on organization design and Center of Excellence maturation
  • Organize customer advisory boards and act as voice of customer internally
