You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT operations and first-line technical support, keeping Goodnotes' technology running smoothly for a collaborative, fast-paced team. You'll own Apple device management and contribute to IT innovation tooling.

  • Provide first-tier support across internal tech stack
  • Manage setup, security, and troubleshooting of macOS and iOS devices
  • Handle user access and enforce security policies
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and network maintenance

  • 1-4 years experience in IT support or help desk environment
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles
  • Experience managing macOS and iOS devices in corporate environment
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and device management platforms
