In this role, you will provide direct patient care for medication management and diagnostic evaluations, while collaborating with a supportive medical team. You'll have the flexibility to work from home and access AI-powered documentation tools, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships with clients and delivering personalized behavioral health treatment.

Requirements

• Ability to support the Charlie Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis; remote friendly
• Masters of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis from an accredited program

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments
• Provide patient education regarding medications, risks, benefits, and reasonable outcome expectations
• Work diligently with support staff to ensure proper patient communication and follow up
• Participate in treatment team meetings
• Assist Medical Directors with patient-facing tasks as needed
