💼 About This Role

You'll lead planning and delivery of software development projects for a space-based IoT system. You'll manage schedules, risks, and cross-team communication across flight, ground, and test software. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge space technology in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive planning, scheduling, and tracking for all software development activities.
• Manage program timelines, milestones, risk registers, and dependencies.
• Coordinate workstreams, task prioritization, and cross-team communication.
• Track issues found in integration or system testing and coordinate resolution.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in aerospace.
• Experience with flight software, ground software, or RF comms software.
• Strong background in software development lifecycle and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., CS, EE, Aerospace Engineering).
