🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound phone calls with under 3 minute response time
• Monitor and respond to live chat messages simultaneously
• Document all client interactions in CX platform
• Manage membership adjustments and policy enforcement

📋 Requirements

• 6-12 months experience in client-experience or customer service role
• Proficiency in phone systems, chat platforms, and ticketing systems
• Quiet work environment with reliable high-speed internet
• Resides within 25 miles of a [solidcore] studio in Central or Mountain Time Zone
