You'll partner with Account Executives to own the technical side of commercial deals, designing solutions and delivering demos that connect Klaviyo's platform to real customer outcomes. You'll act as a trusted advisor on data strategy and marketing technology for fast-growing businesses. This role offers the chance to build reusable assets like demo narratives and reference architectures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run technical discovery on prospect's goals and constraints
• Design solution architectures using Klaviyo's platform and APIs
• Deliver tailored demos to business and technical audiences
• Scope and lead proofs of concept with success criteria

📋 Requirements

• French and English fluency, written and spoken
• 3+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering at B2B SaaS
• Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and data integrations
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, or SQL
• Background in marketing technology, CDPs, or customer engagement platforms
• Experience with ecommerce stacks like Shopify or Magento
