💼 About This Role

You'll build and manage relationships with the investment community for a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. Your work will drive capital markets engagement and shape financial narratives for a high-growth public company. This role offers early ownership of a newly created IR function with exposure to executive leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate investor roadshows and conference logistics
• Manage quarterly earnings press releases and scripts
• Track shareholder base and institutional ownership changes
• Handle investor and analyst due diligence data requests

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Equity Research
• Experience supporting a company through a significant liquidity event like IPO
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and GAAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IR platforms like Bloomberg
