Description

You will conduct daily job site safety inspections, enforce safety policies on active civil construction sites, and lead new hire safety orientation. You will also manage incident response and reporting, maintain compliance documentation, and promote a strong safety culture through training and recognition programs.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen with ability to access secure and military installations
• Clean background check and ability to pass an MVR
• Valid driver's license and REAL ID
• OSHA 30 (Construction) certification
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish with professional grammar

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily job site safety inspections with a minimum of three site visits per day
• Perform site safety audits focusing on excavation, trenching, confined space work, and high-risk activities
• Lead new hire safety orientation and coordinate employee safety certifications
• Respond immediately to job site incidents, conduct evaluations, and manage documentation
• Promote safety culture through stand-downs, toolbox talks, and recognition programs
