🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee NICE cloud-based contact center vendor relationship
• Manage dialer/IVR software upgrades and integrations
• Support real-time monitoring and routing practices
• Create call scripts using smart routing and data
• Optimize outbound dialing lists and call routing

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year as a Dialer Administrator or similar role
• Experience with IVR, ACD, and dialer technologies
• Knowledge of call center applications and systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with NICE CXone or LiveVox platform
• Experience with Zendesk or chat/chatbot integrations
