Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual tours for prospective members and VIPs
• Lead introductory calls and meetings, communicating club vision and offerings
• Manage and advance leads through the membership sales pipeline with timely follow-up
• Track outreach and conversion metrics using CRM systems (PeopleVine, HubSpot)
• Process membership applications and payments; maintain accurate CRM data
