You'll manage month-end close, reconciliations, and cost allocations for a rapidly growing international manufacturing organization. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and system solutions. This role is instrumental in scaling our accounting operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review complex journal entries
• Execute month-end cost allocation processes
• Perform detailed reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet accounts

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles
• Strong MS Office skills (pivot tables, xlookups)

• Big 4 public accounting experience
• NetSuite experience
• Experience in a rapidly scaling organization
