💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience and using your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits. You'll cover the sales floor, open and close the store, work the register, and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role combines pop culture passion with operational leadership in a unique retail environment that fights hunger.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return visits.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store, and process sales transactions at register.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain stock room and store tidiness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds.
