💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute the roadmap for North's agent harness, owning the agent loop, context engineering, and model-scaffolding co-evolution. You'll bridge North engineering and Cohere's Modeling team to ensure harness capabilities are validated before being built and serve as the primary interface for agentic evaluation frameworks. This role combines deep technical architecture with enterprise customer engagement to shape production-ready agent systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the roadmap for North's agent harness
• Serve as primary interface between North engineering and Modeling team
• Own agentic evaluation framework bridging product and research
• Engage enterprise customers to surface real-world agentic failures

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in agentic AI or applied ML
• Deep understanding of LLM agent architectures including multi-agent and RAG
• Strong grasp of agentic evaluation design for task completion and reliability
• Technically deep enough to contribute to architecture decisions at implementation level

• Active practitioner of agent frameworks and open-source harnesses
• Hands-on experience with enterprise agentic deployments and multi-tenant orchestration
• Prior work at intersection of research and product
