You'll act as a trusted advisor for teams, guiding them through the entire employee journey. You'll oversee critical business areas and contribute to developing our Talent strategy and key initiatives like performance management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support employees from onboarding to offboarding.
• Advise leaders on management, org design, and compensation.
• Lead talent initiatives like performance management and mentoring.
• Contribute to global People processes and projects.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR generalist.
• Fluency in English and strong knowledge of Spanish Employment Law.
• Experience in a fast-growing international environment for at least 2 years.
• Managed a full People Cycle for a dedicated scope.

• Understanding of French Employment Law.
• Experience in a marketplace or tech company.
• Familiarity with employee pulse surveys.
