🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead CSR/NOC and internal teams to implement services with automation.
• Develop technical plans, specifications, and schedules for implementation.
• Integrate supervisory and BOSS systems for tiered fault detection.
• Monitor customer performance and escalate issues as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Electronics Engineering Technologist diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years technical experience in telecommunications.
• 3+ years in a telecom Network Operations Center environment.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingualism (English/French).
• Knowledge of L2 services and MEF implementation.
• Experience with satellite telecommunications technology.
