๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll lead all aspects of Quality for Anduril's production division, ensuring deployment of reliable products that meet mission requirements. You'll own supplier and manufacturing quality, the Quality Management System, and key KPIs to drive continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to build world-class processes in a defense tech company scaling autonomous systems manufacturing.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own all aspects of Quality for the division to support high-volume production
  • Lead supplier and manufacturing quality to improve yields and reliability
  • Own the Quality Management System and maintain AS9100 certification
  • Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) program
  • Establish and implement a Zero Defects program

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
  • 10+ years of experience with OEM suppliers and manufacturing of complex hardware/software systems
  • 5+ years in an AS9100 regulated environment
  • Experience in aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields
  • Working knowledge of FMEA, Change Management, and APQP

  • Master's degree in a technical field
  • Experience as an auditor for AS9100 or ISO 9001-based QMS standard
  • Experience with low volume manufacturing or complex structures
