💼 About This Role

You'll work with individuals with Autism and IDDs to reduce challenging behaviors and increase functional skills, implementing behavior therapy techniques in various settings. You'll receive paid training through BAYADA's RBT Academy to become certified. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact in your community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior therapy techniques with clients
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in client plans
• Provide training and instruction to help clients acquire skills

📋 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with autism or IDDs
• Paraprofessional or Educational Assistant background
• Previous behavior technician training
