You'll lead the practical adoption of AI-assisted and agentic engineering across teams at StarCompliance, embedding AI into the software development lifecycle. Your focus is to turn AI from a tool into a repeatable, scalable system, defining playbooks and workflows. You'll work hands-on within real codebases using AI-native development environments like Cursor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable AI-assisted engineering workflows across teams
• Establish playbooks and best practices for agentic development
• Integrate AI into CI/CD pipelines for autonomous code review
• Enable and upskill engineering teams through practical guidance

📋 Requirements

• Strong software engineering background in C# / .NET
• Experience building and operating distributed systems
• Hands-on experience using AI within real development workflows
• Proven experience designing structured AI workflows with multi-step patterns

• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Deep familiarity with AI-native IDEs like Cursor
