You'll manage a territory and execute full sales strategy for pump, power, and HVAC equipment rentals at EquipmentShare. Your core impact is expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and driving revenue growth. This role offers uncapped commission and a total compensation range of $150k-$600k.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage territory and execute full sales strategy from market analysis to contract negotiation.
- Develop new business and expand existing customer base through relationship building.
- Conduct sales presentations and respond to inbound leads promptly.
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
๐ Requirements
- Superior outside sales experience with a proven track record
- Pump, Power, HVAC equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction preferred)
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
