💼 About This Role

You'll own and refine the ICP and signal intelligence for a Series-A AI startup, turning intent data and account insights into targeted plays. You'll design and run rapid experiments across digital and field channels, with a focus on measurable pipeline impact. This role offers the chance to build the growth engine from the ground up, working alongside a seasoned GTM Engineer and reporting directly to the VP.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and extend the intent and account intelligence layer
• Design multi-channel plays with defined audiences and signals
• Run lifecycle automation in HubSpot: scoring, routing, nurture
• Manage pre-event, at-event, and post-event field execution

📋 Requirements

• HubSpot expertise with lifecycle automation experience
• B2B or PLG growth experience (3-5 years)
• Quantitative rigor: conversion models and attribution
• AI-native with workflow building using AI agents

• Cybersecurity industry knowledge
• Experience with paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google)
