Description

You will lead the team defining and executing the product vision for LLM-based UX, overseeing end-to-end product development for AI-powered tools that automate and personalize customer experiences across all Coupang platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML or related field
• 7+ years PM experience with 3+ years in AI/ML and B2C
• Proven track record building and scaling AI-powered products involving LLMs
• Deep understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning
• Strong analytical skills with experimentation frameworks and causal inference

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision for LLM-based UX
• Lead end-to-end product development for AI-powered tools
• Partner with ML and engineering teams to build scalable LLM infrastructure
• Drive experimentation and optimization using A/B testing and feedback loops
• Ensure compliance with privacy, ethical AI, and data governance standards
