🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage project plans for capacity expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering for new production lines.
• Track KPIs like OEE improvement and throughput gains.
• Facilitate cross-functional steering committee meetings.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management.
• 5+ years of operations project management in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Project and ERP systems.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
