You'll lead earned media and creator strategy for Naturium, driving brand love through storytelling and influencer relationships. You'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, managing agency partners and a growing team. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to scale a high-performance beauty brand globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead consumer PR strategy and earned media storytelling.
• Build relationships with beauty editors, creators, and KOLs.
• Oversee influencer strategy across TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Manage PR and influencer agencies, budgets, and contracts.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in consumer PR or influencer marketing.
• Proven success in earned media programs and brand activations.
• Strong understanding of the beauty media landscape.
• Experience managing agency partners and budgets.
