You'll define the vision for Crusoe's foundational orchestration services, enabling massive-scale AI workloads on a carbon-reducing cloud. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, turning ambiguous problems into a roadmap that drives revenue and competitive differentiation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the multi-team roadmap for orchestration services
• Drive requirements for orchestration layers hosting mission-critical services
• Engage with customers to surface unmet needs and translate into product investments
• Lead prioritization and navigate complex trade-offs across workstreams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical product management or product-minded engineering experience
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes or comparable orchestration systems
• Ability to engage credibly at the hardware-software interface layer
• Proven ability to build consensus with engineering leads and senior managers

• AI/ML familiarity with training and inference workloads on orchestration systems
• HPC expertise with specialized schedulers like Slurm or volcano
• Active AI tinkerer who runs local LLMs or experiments with agents
